Abstract:
In this article the author shows us what is strategy, the impact of the national development strategy of Russia on the national legal system, the formation of legal awareness of the society on the legal culture of the state. The main issue requiring special attention of the state and municipal bodies is "ensuring the rights of indigenous people and national minorities in the Strategy for the period till 2025. The author gives us the concepts of the legal tradition, the impact of legal tradition, because of fully assess the impact of legal tradition on the national legal system.
