Abstract:
The goal of the article lies in the study of issues related to the lack of legal regulation of realtor activity. To achieve this goal required the use of formal legal, logical and other methods of knowledge subject to overall systemic approach. The work raises the question about the lack of a legal regulation of realtor activity, concrete steps are proposed in order to eliminate legal uncertainty on the issue. The resulting research insights develop and complement the topics of Russian law on the regulation of real estate activities. They can be used in various types of legal practice in the educational process in the teaching of various legal disciplines.
