Abstract:
Task - to analyze the opportunities forensically important information during an inspection of the cellular mobile communication. Model - methodological basis of the study are general and specific research methods, systems analysis of the phenomena studied and results. The basis of the study were scientific works in the field of criminalistics, current regulatory legal acts, analysis of the results of the use of law enforcement opportunities during an inspection of the cellular mobile communication. Conclusions - The article gives practical recommendations proposed by the sequence of production and inspection algorithm to obtaining forensically important information extracted from the communication means and the application of technical and forensic tools and techniques. Research/the possibility of subsequent use of results of scientific work - conclusions contained in the article can be used to legislative efforts to improve the existing legal acts. Practical value - statements and conclusions set forth in the study, may contribute to increased attention to the issues identified , more effective use of inspection items objects and documents in the investigation of fraud with the use of cellular mobile communications. Originality/value - prepared by the scientific article is intended for law enforcement officers during a preliminary investigation, and legislative bodies.
