Abstract:
In system of ensuring national security of the Russian Federation local government bodies hold a specific place as their powers in the specified sphere are not limited to implementation of the strategic measures directed to counteraction to threats of a homeland security and satisfaction of national interests. The current legislation provides carrying out by municipal authorities a number of other actions, including for ensuring national security in emergency situations.
