Abstract:
The article deals with the consequences of migration processes. It is noted that migration process is able to produce not only advantages, but also harm. Crimes (connected with infringement of migrants and, on the contrary, occurring from migrants) are the most negative consequences of migration. At the same time negative consequences of migration exist both from illegal, and from quite legal migration though the last are expressed not so distinctly and not so harmful. The author offers a scale of risks of migration processes criminality.
