Abstract:
The article deals with the survey of the judicial system in Spain. The author touches upon the main normative acts regulating its foundations, as well as the constitutional background of the judicial power in Spain. There is also an analysis of competence as well as that of the structure of Spanish courts based on their staff numbers, powers as well as administrative division of the territory.
