Abstract:
The article identifies the main areas of corruption in state and municipal government in the Russian Federation. Formulated the causes of that social and legal phenomenon. Reflected the negative effects of the impact of corruption on the activities of the executive authorities and local government. Disclosed the measures taken by the government to overcome corruption. Set the scope of issues that will achieve tangible results in the fight against corruption. The work is intended for students, graduate students and other persons interested in the problems of corruption.
