The Institute of revocation, which is a further possibility to control the activities of elected officials and their attraction to responsibility, to date used impractical. Therefore, the author of this article and tried on the basis of analysis of the characteristic traits of the expediency principle, determine which territorial level, you must use the appropriate legal procedure; and outlined the conditions for further development of the Institute of revocation.
