Abstract:
In the present article the author investigates procedure of creation of noncommercial legal entities. Possible ways of creation of non-profit organizations come to light, civil contracts on creation of noncommercial legal entities are analyzed. Following the results of research by the author a number of conclusions about value of civil contracts in procedure of creation of noncommercial legal entities, about a structure of system of the contracts providing creation of non-profit organizations is formulated.
