Abstract:
The article considers the debatable questions of qualification of crimes against sexual integrity of minors. Attention is drawn to changes that included in the Criminal code of the Russian Federation since 2009, which affected the norms on crimes against sexual integrity of minors, on the one hand, improved them and on the other hand created some problems of qualification of these crimes. Analyzing theoretical approaches to the subject, also judicial practice, the authors express their opinions and make proposals on optimization criminal legal norms directed at the protection of sexual integrity of minors.
