The present work is devoted to the consideration of issues of interaction of the judicial authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the executive branch of power and other state bodies that are part of the executive system. The article defines the role of the judicial branch of power carried out in relations with the executive power, which is aimed not only at establishing law and order, observing human rights and freedoms, but, above all, preserving the unity of state power. The author notes that the judicial and executive power relations are diverse, they are realized in various spheres of activity. As a result of studying the issues raised in the work, it is concluded that the importance and significance of the role and place of the judicial branch of power in the mechanism of separation of powers lies precisely in ensuring the rule of law.
