Abstract:

The review presents the analysis of the monograph "The Institute of Administrative Responsibility", which can be described as a complex legal study that contains deep theoretical practical conclusions and is based on reformed legislation, jurisprudence, and studies of modern civilians. The subject of the monograph is the institution of administrative responsibility, its characteristics and features, and the authors also touch on the problems of production in cases of administrative violations, which is undoubtedly one of the merits of the work presented.
