Abstract:
The article deals with the problems arising while legally treating the causation of harm inflicted during exceeding the limit of necessary defense by several subjects. The author solves the issue whether the complicity in exceeding the limit of necessary defense is possible. On the ground of the research done the author comes to the conclusion of the impossibility of an automatic transfer of the clauses referring to complicity onto the situations involving the causation of harm in exceeding the limit of necessary defense.
