Abstract:
This article discusses the features of the search, the authors identified certain requirements for the production of search in these categories of criminal cases, focuses on the work of the investigator, who must be able to plan and build a version, have knowledge in the field of tactics of production of individual investigative actions and be able to apply this knowledge and skills in practice.
