Some problems of using the terminology related to counteraction to illegal circulation of nuclear materials in the international law regulations

There are theoretical questions of a content of the term «illegal circulation of nuclear materials» are considered in the context of the domestic and foreign doctrine of international law, and also in the context of international law currently in force regulations. In this article is carried out a comparative-legal analysis of the various international contracts, where this term is fixed, with the contracts seek to suppression of illegal actions with nuclear and radioactive materials. It is formulated author's position concerning the content and forms of illegal circulation of nuclear materials.
