Abstract:

The article examines documents regulating the contentious issues of foreign trade contracts with the example of the laws of the Russian Federation on foreign economic transactions, as well as some EU member states, and introduced a short excursion into the way in which the international conflict law developed in the framework of regulating foreign trade transactions.
