Abstract:

The article deals with the nature and content of the legal status of the public prosecutor's Office of Russian Federation, examines processes of its formation. Explores the meaning of the Federal law on the amendment of the Constitution of the Russian Federation from 05.02.2014 # 2-FCL in the context of changing the legal status of the Procurator's Office of the Russian Federation.
