Annotation:
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the provision of the right to an interpreter to convicts serving a sentence of imprisonment. The given problem is rather poorly studied in domestic criminal-executive law. The study analyzed regulatory measures and organizational forms of providing interpreter services at the stage of execution of the sentence in domestic and world practice.
