Abstract:

This article analyzes the RF Government Decree of 13.12.1995 N 1232 "On the State Fund of television and radio programs" taking into account the positions expressed in the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of 29.01.2013. Number 11704/12. Based on the data analysis of the act of acceptance - transmission, balance sheet, and the founding of archival documents, the author concludes that Gosteleradiofond is the successor RGTRK "Ostankino" and controls the exclusive rights to the objects of copyright and related rights, belonging to the Russian Federation, on the basis of the transmitted Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 13.12.1995 N 1232.
