CODE OF ETHIC AS A CORPORATE ACT OF LEGAL CLINIC

Background: The article aims at characterization of ethical codes of legal clinics of Russian universities as independent documents, their nature, structure, content, with emphasis on the problems of legal technique of these acts and to identify possible optimization. Materials and methods: The study analyzed the scientific work in the field of theory of law, corporate law, legal ethics, ethical codes of legal clinics of Russian universities. Been used the methods of analysis, synthesis, formal and legal, systematic and structural, rather-legal methods. Results: The article notes that the codes of ethics of Russian legal clinics have both similarities and differences. They are not uniform in structure and content, many of them are deprived of legal technique errors. In order to optimize the clinical ethical codes suitable for cooking-model code of ethics of the legal clinic, increasing the knowledge and skills of students, clinicians in the field of legal and technical Prep-corporate acts of reparation. Conclusion: The article can be useful to students, faculty, researchers, exploring issues of professional ethics, legal, technology, corporate acts.
