Abstract:
In article it is written that the emergence of the Economic belt of New silk road and its Asian infrastructure investment Bank (AIIB), is an objective trend of development of international law regional cooperation of the Eurasian countries in the conditions of unstable world financial order, where transnational financial markets and their instruments dominate the real sector of the economy and trade. The search for new sources of Finance for Commerce and industry of the Eurasian States to take on the character of the struggle for right to self-development at the international level monetary institutions.
