Abstract:

In this article, on the basis of the analysis of doctrinal and conceptual sources presents the author's proposals regarding the allocation criteria for the classification of the special legal status of the individual. Based on them, given the fragmented characteristics of individual species with special legal status, by analogy with which we can explore all of the other varieties stated legal phenomenon.
