Abstract:
The article is devoted to problems of improvement of Criminal procedural code of the Russian Federation, devoted to pre-trial cooperation agreement. Analyzed a bill introduced in the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the reviews on this bill, the point of view expressed in legal science.
