Preservation of social communications as one of conditions of successful resocialization of convicts

The criminal executive code of the Russian Federation establishes rules by most of which of convicts have to serve sentence within territorial subjects of the Russian Federation where they lived before condemnation. As show the addresses to the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, this rule is followed not always.
