Abstract:
The criminal executive code of the Russian Federation establishes rules by most of which of convicts have to serve sentence within territorial subjects of the Russian Federation where they lived before condemnation. As show the addresses to the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, this rule is followed not always. In this regard offers in the article 73 PEC of the Russian Federation about the direction of convicts for serving sentence in the correctional facilities located mainly near the residence of his close relatives are prepared.
