Legal bases of investment of temporarily available funds of the public company, state corporation and state company (on the example of separate economic entities): short review

The author considers legal regulation and bases of the procedure of investment of temporarily available funds of three types of the non-profit organizations similar among themselves. The conclusion is drawn that investment is necessary for achievement of certain goals, such as improvement of financial position of economic entity, ensuring his activity and other positive purposes which aren't forbidden by the law. Activities of the state company "Russian Highways", the "Fund of Assistance to Housing and Communal Services Reforming" state corporation, public company for protection of the rights of citizens - participants of shared-equity construction are analyzed at insolvency (bankruptcy) of builders regarding investment of temporarily available funds. It is noted that the considered subjects aren't limited in investment of temporarily available funds. The government has established the list of assets (subjects to investment) in which can be enclosed is modern available funds of the state corporations, companies and also public companies.
