Abstract:
This article examines the difference in the pre-trial and trial proving the case in which pre-trial agreement was signed on cooperation. The author comes to the conclusion that the inadmissibility of simplifying pre-trial evidence for this category. Judicial proof is based on conventional method of establishing the facts of the case in view of recognition against the accused. However, the Court remains an active subject of proof by an authorized self-check and evaluate all the facts of the case.
