Abstract:
The article gives a description of transportation of exiled and hard labour prisoners to the places of completion of sentence, their medical treatment during the route, functions of a sick bay and necessary sanitary measures during the epidemics on barges. The information about prisoners’ diseases is given, the report of the sick bay doctor is shown.
