Abstract:
The article substantiates based on the analysis of doctrinal and legal sources the need for the provision of the sphere of ensuring road safety as the priority directions of public Prosecutor's activities, subject to the availability of strategic and program documents on ensuring road safety on the Federal level, poor condition of law and order and the sustainability of the prevalence of violations of the law.
