Abstract:

In the present article focuses on the features of investigation of corruption offenses, as they usually occur in specific types of public activity where a person far from this sector is almost impossible to understand. In our country, there is practically no judicial and investigative practices of corruption offenses, as to be held criminally liable, very few, most of them less dangerous category.
