Abstract:
The article considers the crimes, committed in the affective states in native criminal legislation. The author considers its urgency in the current Criminal Code of Russian Federation, studied and analyzed the issues of its classification, found the problems of realization of articles 107 and 113 of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation, and also proposes how to improve these norms.
