CRIMINOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF ABSENCE OF SEXUAL EDUCATION AND EDUCATION IN RUSSIAN SCHOOLS

A task. Conduct an analysis of points of view on the problem of lack of sexual education and upbringing in Russian schools. Methodology: The formal-logical, legal, statistical and documentary methods of scientific knowledge were used in the preparation of the article. Conclusions: On the basis of the analysis of these points of view, as well as the results of his own social and legal research, the author comes to the conclusion that it is advisable to introduce sexual education and upbringing in Russian schools. The scope of the research / the possibility of the subsequent use of the results of scientific work: The information presented in the article and the conclusions drawn on it can serve as a basis for further research on the issues of sexual education and upbringing of minors. Practical significance: The introduction of sexual education and upbringing in Russian schools will have a positive impact on an objective understanding of juvenile sexual behavior issues, help them in sexual orientation, which will eliminate or at least reduce their abuses in sexual relations leading to violations of the law. Social consequences: The article is of scientific and practical interest for improving the practice of counteracting sexual crimes committed by minors, which may serve to reduce their spread in Russian society. Originality / value: The work is intended for a wide range of readers interested in issues of crime control, in particular, sexual crimes of minors. Sufficiently useful information for its professional work in it will find lawyers, sociologists, lawyers, law enforcement officers, psychologists, scientists.
