Abstract:
In the article the author claims that it is difficult to obtain reliable information about the crime using information and communication technologies in the field of illegal drug trafficking without investigating the identity of the offender. Information about the offender helps to establish accomplices, allows you to determine the purpose and motive of the crime, to establish the location of drugs.
