• Task - To analyze the historical development of criminal law for the purpose of periodization for consideration of questions of formation and development of the special institutions. • Model - used as research methods should be noted general and specific research methods, including historical and legal knowledge of the method, the method of case studies. The basis of the study were scientific works in the field of criminal law, the theory of law and state, philosophy of law. • Conclusion - use the proposed system of periodization of criminal law in the process of addressing issues of formation and development institutions, the special part of criminal law. • Research/the possibility of subsequent use of the results of scientific work - research is devoted to the analysis of the historical development of criminal law / results can be used in dealing with problems of formation and development institutions, special part in the proposed times. • The practical significance - statements and conclusions set forth in the study may be used in the teaching of the discipline as a single criminal law and points of view on the matter under consideration. • Originality / value - trained scientific - diskussionnye article contains questions addressed to all those interested in the problems of the evolution of institutions, special part of criminal law.
