Abstract:
With the implementation of this research task will, in one way or another, affect a number of controversial issues related to pluralism in understanding the status of the legitimate interests of the relationship between the concepts "subjective right of the owner", "subjective rights of the owner," "subjective obligations of owners," terms "the legitimate interests of the owners," "interests of the owners."
