Abstract:
The reason for writing this article were the changes in the Russian legislation, for liability for slander. The purpose of article submitted is to improve the rules of criminal liability for defamation. Model: This article was prepared by using examples great-enforcement practice and the results of a survey of employees right-enforcement agencies. Results: The main results of the articles were discussed at the meeting of the department of criminal law at Moscow University Russian Interior Ministry behalf of VY Kikot, scientific and practical conferences on various branches of law. The article will be of interest to students, graduate students, practical work, nicks, and anyone interested in issues of criminal liability, for libel.
