Abstract:
This article is devoted species composition and powers of the subsidiary bodies in the legislative bodies of the USA. The author carries out a comparative analysis subsidiary bodies in the legislative bodies of the USA and Russia at the Federal level and at the level of subjects of Federation. In the article the author was guided by the current legislation and the scientific literature in this field.
