Abstract:
At the present stage of development of humanity the process of regionalization affected virtually all countries of the world, which often are the members of several regional unions. Increasingly cooperation occurs not only in the framework of some regional organizations; the international forum is a form of cooperation which becomes more and more popular in present time. The article is devoted to one of such international forums - the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (SICA), uniting together 26 countries of the Asian region; in article were analyzed its mission, areas of cooperation of States, institutional structure, differences from other similar sites of interaction between countries.
