Abstract:
In the article, the tendency of the growth of corruption-related crimes and the need for their timely detection and suppression are discussed the role of customs officials in the identification of these crimes and the specific application of certain preventive measures in their investigation. The author proposes to exclude the use of collateral as a preventive measure in cases of bribery.
