Abstract:
In article of the analysis of legal literature and the criminal law concerning terrorism and extremism several judgments are proved: concepts «terrorism» and «extremism» are many-valued; criminalization of terrorism and extremism in the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation seems imperfect; at criminalization of terrorism and extremism in the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation hypertrophy of policy in relation to the right as opposite regulators of the public relations is actually allowed; in the Criminal code of the Russian Federation, first of all, it is necessary to exclude extremism and the acts connected with it from the exhaustive list of structures of crimes.
