Abstract:
During the introduction of the counterterrorist operation in the North Caucasus Federal District plays an important role of law enforcement agencies in the stabilization of the situation in the region. At the same time law enforcement officers are under the scrutiny of the media and the public, of which targeted actions to undermine the credibility and trust may qualify as discrediting the law enforcement agencies.
