Abstract:
The universality concept (the global) natural and inalienable rights of the person underlies the standard modern ideas and positions about universality of the right (natural and inalienable rights of the person as the universal legal beginning and universal criterion for an estimation of observance or right non-observance in interstate and international relations). The given concept has found the fastening (in this or that form) as well in constitutions of the modern democratic states, including in the operating Constitution of the Russian Federation 1993g.
