Abstract:
The article runs about some features of participating the public prosecutor in conducting civil cases, and forms and conditions of the public prosecutor’s entering the civil process. Besides, the attention is accented on departmental adjustment of the public prosecutor’s participation in civil process. The authors cite the statistical data of “obligatory” participation of the public prosecutor by deciding the separate categories of cases. In conclusion of the article they prove the necessity of modification of the current civil-procedural legislation.
