Abstract:
Objective: the article analyses the enforcement procedures of the preventive measure in the production on criminal cases of a terrorist nature. It should be noted that the implementation of the Institute coercive measures and in particular measures of criminal procedural restraint are some of the most relevant in the criminal procedure science. Methodology: Area of study are the norms of the criminal procedural legislation, law enforcement practice, as well as scientific-practical and theoretical principles associated with the legal institution of preventive measures. Methodological basis of research is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, as well as comparative-legal, systemic-structural, logical, historical, and other private-scientific methods of research of legal phenomena. Conclusions: the article provides the results of the offering on the basis of legal analysis, the specification of a number of provisions concerning the procedure for election of a preventive measure in criminal cases.
