Abstract:
The problem of overcoming of legal nihilism should be considered in a new way. Previous tasks on the struggle with the deformation of legal consciousness is not so effective now, but they showed a positive result: a growing number of citizens` appeals to the law in a given situation, decreased corruption, increased legal discipline, personality gained rights and freedoms, even legal education became more qualitative. However, as we have seen, legal nihilism is not overcome completely. So there is a need to find new ways of overcoming it. As such a "new path", the author proposes to consider "the mobilization of law", and is primarily associated with the operation of the courts. This paper examines the role of the Supreme courts of the Russian Federation in mobilization activities in the field of law and draws conclusions about the additions procedure law and its judicial interpretations of the new function - that of overcoming legal nihilism at the heart of which lies the concept of the “mobilization of law”.
