ON THE CLASSIFICATION OF CRIMINAL ENCROACHMENTS ON SEXUAL INVIOLABILITY AND SEXUAL FREEDOM OF THE INDIVIDUAL

A task: Conduct an analysis of the views of Soviet and Russian scientists on the classification of criminal assaults on sexual inviolability and the sexual freedom of the individual. Methodology: The formal-logical, legal, comparative-legal and documentary methods of scientific cognition were used in the preparation of the article. Conclusions: On the basis of the analysis of these points of view, as well as the results of his own social and legal research, the author cites the author's classification of encroachments on sexual inviolability and sexual freedom of the individual. Scope of the research / the possibility of subsequent use of the results of scientific work: The proposed author's classification of infringements on sexual inviolability and sexual freedom of the individual can be used in the course of further scientific research of these encroachments. Practical significance: The proposed author's classification of infringements on sexual inviolability and sexual freedom of the individual will provide methodological assistance to law enforcement officers for a better understanding of the social and legal nature of these infringements by law enforcement officials in order to improve the work on their prevention. Social consequences: The article is of scientific and practical interest for improving the practice of counteracting sexual crimes, which may serve to reduce their commitment in Russian society. Originality / value: The work is intended for a wide range of readers interested in issues of countering crime, in particular, sexual crimes. Sufficiently useful information for its professional work in it will find lawyers, sociologists, lawyers, law enforcement officers, psychologists, scientists.
