Abstract:
Objective: To enable the mainstreaming of information intelligent systems in the process of predicting crime investigation. In the study, the author discussed with innovative products forensic forecasting. Given own definition of «innovative forensic prediction». Highlighted synthesizing theory and practice, addressing their disunity. In this regard, the author proves the proposition that forensic prediction using intelligent systems is an independent innovative forecasting method, referring to the neural network technologies and intelligent systems. Made proposals that, in order to enhance the predictability of forecast results and reduce the error, you need to create a proper data center infrastructure. Noted the importance of expanding the geography of information databases, by including in the European system of criminal records, as well as the role of the scientific potential of university research to create a highly efficient system that provides forensic forecasting, development of innovation in this area and their implementation in practice of law enforcement.
