Innovation of legal regulation and active introduction of digital technologies for the benefit of improving the banking system of India

The article examines the main regulatory acts in the banking sector, both national and international. It is noted that the main banking regulator in India is the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), which has broad powers to regulate the financial sector. The author also pays attention to the peculiarities of resolving disputes between banks and consumers of banking services. In addition, the sphere of innovative technologies in the banking sector of the economy is touched upon. The directions and objectives of the development of the financial services market in India are shown.
