Abstract:
The article considers the system of legal regulation of medicines circulation based on principles of harmonization and unification in the terms of the RF membership in the European economic union. The article deals with legal regulation of main stages in the vital cycle of medicines, as well as quality and safety assurance of medicines under the conditions of common market formation in the field of medical remedies.
