Abstract:
The article deals with the role and place of the operational experiment in identifying and solving crimes of corruption. In contrast to the traditional view of the operational experiment as a way to expose and arrest bribe-handed authors see the need to review relations for the event, based on current realities and based on the analysis of judicial practice, including the position of the European Court of Human Rights, as well as the claim of the need to use the results of operatively-search experiment as evidence in criminal proceedings.
