Abstract:

The article analyzes the norms of the civil legislation and jurisprudence governing the change of persons in obligation in the form of the debtor's objections against requirements of the new creditor. A comprehensive review of the theoretical and practical aspects have allowed us to formulate that the debtor's objections against requirements of the new creditor should be limited to the obligations established and registered in the name confirmed at the time of transfer of a debt.
